96gbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company determines — at its sole discretion — that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the account to be closed or restricted.
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform, other users, or the Company.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting 96gbajee customer support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, all open bets will be settled according to their applicable rules, and any remaining verified balance — after deducting ineligible bonus funds — will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Closure requests made under a self-exclusion programme are processed with priority and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are forfeited.
